Create card submission flow #2

We will need to have a front end UI where folks can submit information about the card they are putting on the market.

We should probably at least collect:

Im not entirely sure what things we want to collect perhaps @PatrickBateman69 can be a source of information for this

Typically, a card has a description like this:

Example 1: 2003-04 Topps Collection #221 LeBron James Cavaliers RC Rookie PSA 10

YEAR: 2003 BRAND/COLLECTION: Topps Collection CARD NUMBER: #221 NAME/TEAM: LeBron James Cavaliers DESCRIPTION: RC Rookie GRADING CO: PSA GRADE: 10

Example 2:

2000 UD SP Authentic Tom Brady RC Rookie /1250 #118 PSA 10

YEAR: 2000 BRAND/COLLECTION: Upper Deck SP CARD NUMBER: #118 NAME/TEAM: Tom Brady/Patriots DESCRIPTION: RC Rookie GRADING CO: PSA GRADE: 10

Example 3:

BGS 9.5 w/10 CHARIZARD 1ST EDITION SHADOWLESS 1999 POKEMON BASE #4 HOLO

YEAR: 1999 BRAND/COLLECTION: Pokemon/1st Edition CARD NUMBER: Base #4 Holo NAME/TEAM: Charizard/Pokemon DESCRIPTION: 1st Edition Shadow GRADING CO: BGS GRADE: 9.5
