Load files from server to client

Mind-storm Maybe there is a way to add redirections to direct-download-links or ftp-adresses. Bc. using the server as a host for "esp/esm"-s is maybe not the best idea regarding to the performance-impact. Also don't forget that sb. could abuse the download function - you don't think so?

Change milestone to 0.8.0 ?
