Added a Player .map Renderer Plugin

This plugin is designed to render the players minimap (.map) file entirely from TEdit.

Prompt will ask you to select a player name. This is to determine the player to save the map too.
- Not selecting player file cancels operation.
Painted blocks are represented properly.

Conclusion

This finally concludes an old feature post #1641.
