Since SM 1.11 is now stable, this adds function aliases to CBaseEntity of the methods that were introduced in the stable version.

I'm closing this, as this PR has been left open for nearly a year now. I'm still not thrilled by the idea to add more aliases of SM functions, it bothers me we leave and re-enter JIT at least 3 different times. I'd be willing to take in the rework on keyvalues functions though.

Furthermore this is now conflicting with base branch, so a rework is needed.
