Problem

重構整體架構使其更符合OO的觀念，解構了Problem成為數個元件

PDFContents (Move to Fronted)

[x] main idea (LFsWang/SkyOnlinejudge#9)
[x] 修復 viewachieveHandle Content-Type info
[ ] Add text layer for pdf page

Judge

[x] 取消Plugin的設計，改成Judge Profile以增加擴充性

[x] SQLEnum should inject const var
