Dark lied when he said he removed crak damage reduction, when I asked during my original drug pr. This is a follow up fixing that

-Removed crak damage reduction

Even with dark reducing crak from 70% to 30%, it would still stack retardedly with the other damage reducing drugs (domino and fiks), and lead to drug invincibility again
