Vehicle fixes

• No more invincible attachments(cargocontainer, steamtank, etc.)
• Increase stack size of bombs
• invisible helichopper cargo bug fixed
• heli can now detach cargo

halving heli health is also dumb, as it is a limited op resource, and should be treated as such giving it less health than an armored bomber is retarded

for reference armored bomber has 50 health, normal bomber has 20, and dark gave the upf helicopter 30

car 3x health nerf is also solidly a why moment only acceptable vehicle change was steamtank

these changes would be "okay" if vehicles were given armor against bullets but otherwise theyre shit
