latest upstream STM8 eForth 2.2.22.pre2 #21

Make sure the code works with the latest upstream (upcoming 2.2.22.pre2), and also cat the resulting binary as a hexfile to the Travis-CI log (which now serves as a "poor man's snapshot publisher").
