Ref: https://github.com/TG9541/stm8ef/wiki/Board-HC12 According to the stm8s003f3 specs, the SPI_NSS line, which I think is the one that should be connected to the 4463's nSEL (but do correct me if I am wrong) is PA3 so is your table slightly wrong?
