KAT GCP plots are half white #159

Hello,

I am trying to increase the x scale of my KAT plots to visualise all k-mer clouds. This is the command I am using kat plot density -x 1500 -y 27 -z 25000 -o KAT.M6MM.rawreads-S3.gcp.mx.png KAT.M6MM.rawreads-S3.gcp.mx. Unfortunately the plots come half white. Any suggestions how can I fix this?

Hi loana, The syntax looks ok to me, can you share the matrix file and the png file so i can repoduce the problem? Best Gonza.-

Ofocurse! Here they are. Thank you for the fast response. The second graph has a -z set to 5000. I think for this images I made the setting of -x 1000 but of you increase it from 1000 it becomes white.
