Improvements to GSTF workflow

Hi

I have few GSTF improvements in mind, which will make the workflow more applicable to many cases

• [ ] During preparation steps add Synteny information from GTF/JSON to SQLite
• [ ] Utilise synteny information to calculate confidence score for gene families, something similar to https://www.ensembl.org/info/genome/compara/Ortholog_qc_manual.html#goc
• [ ] Extend gafa.sqlite database to integrate homology and CNV information
• [ ] Extend Aequatus.js library to integrate homology viewer.

I will be happy to chat if you need my input to implement any of these
