Fails to start #395

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Dwarf Fortress
2. Load Game
3. Game is paused, try and open Dwarf Therapist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Get a popup window that says "I'm sorry. I'm having trouble connecting to DF. I 
can't seem to locate the PEB address of the process. Please re-launch DF and 
try again."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
34.02

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist when 
this error occurred.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-
game.

Also, I'm using Dwarf Therapist version 0.6.12
