Vertical skill list #452

I have to turn my head to read the skill list. It'd be much easier to read if 
the list were vertically oriented, with the text horizontal. Scrolling 
vertically is also more natural than scrolling horizontally. Thus we could read 
the list L-R, top-bottom, same as normal text, with the Dwarf Names vertical on 
the top.

Bee Keeping
Pressing
Cooking
Spinning
Shearing
