Describe the bug
Shrapnel from explosions ignores obstacles, penetrating through multiple tiles of wall without losing it's damaging properties. Seems to reproduce only with experimental z-levels enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable experimental z-levels.
  2. Throw a grenade or similar fragmentation explosive.
  3. Hide behind a wall or multiple walls.
  4. Receive damage from shrapnel fragments.

Expected behavior
Do not receive damage through walls unless the wall was destroyed by explosion, or at least receive vastly reduced damage.
