Fixing some notices on PHP #5

I installed Sentastico a few minutes ago and found multiples notices on php log, so I tried to fix it. Please review it and let me know if the changes are able to merge. Thanks!

All looks OK except for the exclusion of lines: 232 and 239. These are left in for future use for when it gets converted to get the remote data from an XML file instead of a simple TXT file. (More information will be available in the XML vs. the current TXT)
