My PC wont start the Rain Meter #206

The rain meter installed but would not start. it just says
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close 
the application.
Is there any way to fix this?

you two way to end your problem

this problem reason direct X you should be delete it from C:\Windows\System32

make arrange icons by name than delete all file start by  d3d 
example: d3d9.dll
 then install

you can install 6 programs below to work right
