Here are some edits and comments. Mostly minor. We may need to discuss the data collection issue. First key thing to sort out is why the matrix Graham mentions is missed out. I make more comments at that point in the letter.

Yep, I'm free all day til 2.30pm. Also you need to change your details on github to your new imperial ones
