Hop, that's the first round.

The response is available here. Major changes are:

Title
Removing the 100 characters limit
New sampling effort analysis (in ESM 2)
Added colors in the fable (figure/table)
Added Mammalia (Class) (mammals overall) in the fable
Changed cladistic characters to anatomical characters
Many small bits and blobs through the text (following reviewers suggestions)

Nearly there (that'll put h-index to 2!) :point_down: :full_moon_with_face: :lemon:

Cool, I've made quite a number of comments. Your writing has got a bit sloppy again. Be careful with s and the difference between "where" and "were". I'm not sure our justification for not doing better data collection is very solid but hopefully it's enough. Will commit the changes in bit, I'm still finishing them...
