Edits of response and manuscript #18

I've not looked at the ESM yet, will try to do that soon. I have a viva to do this afternoon so might not get round to it til Sunday.

Comments should be straightforward.

Make sure to change the response letter with my edits, and you'll need to redo the docx conversion (maybe just do the main text over again, then copy over the references you've already converted. That'll be more reliable than trying to find my edits and copy pasting them in the word document - trust me!)
