Supp Mat wouldn't compile for me as one of the PDF tables is missing.
If you can sort the abstract and the references then we are in a position to start cutting words. Sadly it looks like we need to lose a page per intro, methods and discussion. Possibly 2 from the discussion. Unless refs really make a huge difference!!!
