BUG-NOUS-Components don't render right away like (Operational cost, Properties of company and user) #209

Bug Description:

After signing in as a company, the navigation bar will not show all the role dependent component (Operational tab) unless we keep clicking on other tabs and only then it will show. it also doesn't show the properties in the property container that's in the dashboard unless visited multiple times

First guess is that the problem is related to role not being fetched correctly, or not being fetched at the proper time.

working on the bug currently, should be an easy fix.
