THEOplayer Android UI supports casting to Chromecast. If you're using the DefaultUI component, you'll find the Chromecast button in the top right corner. Alternatively, you can place a ChromecastButton in your custom UI.
Note that the Chromecast button is only shown when Android detects an available Chromecast receiver in the local network (when Player.castState is AVAILABLE). Is this perhaps what you're seeing? If not, could you describe your issue in more detail, perhaps with a sample project that reproduces the issue?
