Feature/textureview preparation

This PR enables Texture usage via the new THEOplayer setCustomSurface() API on Android.

introduced basic logger
updated pigeon to configure surfaces (note: right now we don't allow external surfaces, the SDK creates it's own and always uses that)
added support for SurfaceProvider (from Flutter 3.22) to be compatible with Impeller in the future on Android
iOS and Web only contains dummy implementation
