Tunneller more options #1062

Add the ability to increase height and width of tunnel please. Also lava sources don't get filled/blocked if they are not in the way of mining. I would like the lava sources to be filled/blocked if they are slowing down movement and causing damage.

You can use Nuker to change the size of the tunnel, of course though Nuker doesn't back fill, but if that isn't your purpose, Nuker will suit you.

I'm making a 1x3 highway, thanks for the help but the lava filling issue is still up for fixing.

Kami Blue highwaytools fork might work depending on your needs, but I have been having issues with it not filling lava sometimes.

might be off topic but i really recommend making a 2x3 highway because it fits almost any rideable entity and is easier to elytrafly in
