a feature allows fixing player head rotation and unlocking the camera to freely rotate (this is in Tweakeroo by masady) https://github.com/maruohon/tweakeroo this is a link to the mod

to freely look doward when flying Elytra normally or in any Elytra+ mode that is not "Vanilla"
