Elytra Bug

What's the bug: when i try to use elytra it just stops me from using it and "elytra+" only works in mode vannila and packet because it dosen't let me use the elytra and i can't use vannila and packet "elytra+" modes on servers

packet modules aren't meant for singleplayer usually if it doesn't work on servers either anti-cheat blocks you or your settings are wrong
