Compatibility Issue

Inertia Utility Mod version: Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Operating system: Windows 10 Optifine/Other mods: Many, but only Buildcraft Silicon causes a problemm Launcher: Forge 14.23.5.2854

What's the bug: Minecraft crashes on boot because of a confliction between inertia and Buildcraft Silicon. Inertia works with all the other mods I have, and even the Buildcraft releases leading up to Silicon in the buildcraftall.jar.
