What is the suggestion
Based on #126. This option would instantly re-enable blink after it's been disabled. This would result in a fake lag that would make the user to appear to be teleporting.
Why it will be useful
Would be good for actually making yourself look like it's lagging. Setting Limit to 200ms and then enabling Pulse would result in your player model skipping, which could be troublesome for fighting against for other players.
