Step 1. Go to http://minecraft.net to buy and install the official Minecraft launcher Step 2. Uninstall tlauncher. Step 3. Delete your .minecraft/versions folder Step 4. Reinstall inertia WITH THE OFFICIAL MINECRAFT LAUNCHER.

please upload your launcher log it is located in. minecraft/logs/latest.log

You are on minecraft 1.13.2, which is now deprecated. you can try reinstalling, but if that does not work, I recomend installing inertia for 1.14 and using viaversion to connect to 1.13.2
