The exact opposite of the Nuker module. Instead of destroying blocks rapidly around the player, it places blocks. Ideally there would be an option to not place blocks in front of the player so that they would be able to walk forwards.

There is a click mode in 3.0, i added this before you suggested and does not work as you indent, so ill change that some time
