Add teacher/student support #39

Must Have

[ ] A lesson should have a list of students and an list of invitees
[ ] Controller: A teacher can create a new invitee (by user_id (for now :D ))
[ ] Controller: A student can accept invitation
[ ] Serializer: A lesson should return its teacher and the list of it's students (only the id)

No email for now (we will get to that soon :D)
