Add a new route to tell that the upload is done

Why ?

Now that the client is able to upload a new file to AWS, he should be able to tell us when it's done so we can serve the site from the API

Must have

• [ ] You should be able to POST the url to lessons/:id/content to create a new content.
• [ ] You should be able to destroy a content later
