New cogview model #34

Will the new one have it's own repository? Or will it be released here along with model + generation script?

Hi @johnpaulbin ,Thank you for your support. This is a preview demo of our current internal model, which has many improvements on both model, algorithm. We are planning to write a new paper about it. We will have a new repo for the new paper, if as planned.
