运行代码出现了编码报错 #5

我在运行python preprocess.py命令时出现了编码方面的报错：UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0xab in position 26: illegal multibyte sequence，更改代码为encoding = ‘utf-8’也不能解决，请问有什么解决方法吗？
