KinesisChannel : Consumer does not check for data stream on startup. #112
If we run KinesisChannel use case without creating a data stream, we observe that the consumer started successfully while the producer throws an exception.
In the absence of a data stream, if the consumer is started then it should fail to start or should throw an error on startup just like a producer.
