fix issue with optimize openjdk installer #336

Verified below scenarios with fdcache app

  1. BE Installer with full image and optimized image
  2. BE Installer + openjdk installer with full image and optimized image
  3. BE local install with tibcojre64 - full image and optimized image
  4. BE local install with openjdk -full image and optimized image

For local installation tibcojre64/openjdk folder name is java For Installer tibcojre64 folder name is tibcojre64 and openjdk folder name is openjdk
