In the last CML meeting @SteveNY-Tibco asked if we can run a CML structure within a cml structure.

The short answer was everyone thought this was a great idea, and allows for the transference of "custom operations" between languages.

We decided that the way to implement this was just to create a runCML* operation.

@mellistibco what do you think?
