Add 'Map to flow inputs' and 'Map from flow output' steps in helloworld.md #531

While following the different steps of 'Hello World', I had an error when executing my app as I haven't configure the trigger to map to flow inputs and from flow output. I am now suggestions these instructions for people who might be in the same situation as me.
