mashling-cli not getting created properly for Linux #235

  1. Download mashling release binary for linux os from v0.4.1-release.
  2. Create custom mashling app using mashling-cli release binary
  3. Run the generated mashling-gateway Observed that gateway is not working.

After PR #238 merged into the master, assets are up to date which fixes this issue.

Verified the issue and observed that it is working fine. Hence closing the issue.
