Fixes the issue of clash of classes in zeppelin-interpreter jar with those in
SnappyData/Spark due to which it used to fail if placed in the product jars directory.
use shadow plugin and its relocate to avoid clashes of thrift and guava packages
exclude other common classes which are already present in SnappyData/Spark (and are compatible)
updated zeppelin and own version to 0.7.3
add proper manifest to the jar matching that in other SnappyData product jars
