Notebook fixes for 1.2 #22

Fixed notebooks and the corresponding tar file for EC2 scripts.

Issue with AWS credential setting in Load external data sources.
Clearing credentials issue SNAP-3298 being addressed.
Updated URLs to point to the correct community edition landing page.
