Add Travis-CI (fix #15) #101

Starting with a minimal example, I has set BacDive_email & BacDive_password in Travis-CI.org/TIBHannover/BacDiveR/settings. Let's see...

I'm assuming that both variables will be loaded by get_credentials() just like from .Renviron as described in the ReadMe.

[x] They are exported and have to be inserted into a .Renviron in the VM.

Hm. The build was "terminated" after inactivity. Possibly due to .Renviron.
