Related to #41 and caused by using keepachangelog.com's format. pkgdown's format recommendation.

Record .gif of unexpected behaviour on Windows:

[ ] Change title back to Changelog
[ ] pkgdown::build_news()
[ ] Change title to anything
[ ] back to BacDiveR with any version number
[ ] consider opening issue:

ignore # Changelog & be compatible with keepachangelog.com
