in README.md get turned into

on https://tibhannover.github.io/BacDiveR/index.html#references. Maybe related to https://github.com/r-lib/pkgdown/blob/c02996986e057519cca2a7e822d2eba1186c8054/R/html-build.R#L18-L21?
