Reduce dependencies #98

Check which of the Imports & Suggests are really necessary. There seem to be too many, although they are now cached by Travis, see #101.

[x] find dplyr dependency using for example pkgnet::CreatePackageReport('BacDiveR')
[x] convert purrr::map into an apply
