add number of participants as a metric #2

Probably working with ranges such as:

Until 20
20-50
50-100
100-200
200-500
500-1000
More than 1000

At the moment we have a metric in https://tibhannover.github.io/ConfIDent_schema/MetricType/ called number of attendees, which can be used for this. How this to be populated with what kind of value is not fixed yet. We could use Metric String Value to provide a controlled list as proposed above or Metric Integer Value to provide a precise count, or even both.
