Write the paper about the BacDive Semantication pipeline

• The paper should have a motivation based on the project proposal, objectives, and the bacdive requirements/goals
• a section to explain the problem (problem statement)
• a section to explain the solution
• a section to elaborate on the solution: tools, pipeline, multi-version support, RDF samples, ontology, sparql endpoint, some queries based on competency questions
• a result section showing the hardware/software requirements, execution time, database size, graph size, etc.
