11 several ontologies of tib fail in ingestion #18

Fixes #11

  1. Added logic to convert ontologies to RDF/XML format before parsing using Robot framework
  2. Added a optional command line argument "convertToRDF". The conversion to RDF/Xml will happen based on the input and by default it is set to false.
