Form styling

• changed the tweeki.css and timeless.css overwrites according to co-site's guide
• header image and fonts should work once they're uploaded (see #24 )

• @baillyk is it possible to set the default skin to the one the Wkadmin account uses (Timeless)? right now users who aren't logged in see the tweeki skin, which has a few things not yet styled -- i can change them of course, but maybe we don't need two styles anyway

It needs spacing and alignment. Importantly the Description field needs to be made much larger - it can fit 400 characters in the end.
