Co-Site - Fixes needed for v2

Priorities as of 28 Nov 2024

The priorities are for the mid-December 2024 Co-Site project.

I have attemptend to simplify things as much as possible, keeping things to a 'Agile Sprint' size and cutting out all complicated or further enhancements.

Essentially we will work on climatekg.semanticclimate.net only.

The SWB tasks will simply be to correct and make connected the Co-Site Glossary fixes needed.

Renaming main Co-Site Glossary and seeing if fields like tags can be prepopulated lists when adding or editing terms. as well as some minor backend EN to DE labels being needed.

Earlier reported fixes

Frontend (github):

• [x] Acronyms are not displayed in the glossary yet
• [x] Maybe we can display them beneath the term
• [x] It would be cool if the tags had any function - is it possible to filter by tag.
• [x] Umlaut words are sorted at the end in the glossary and not with the respective Letters (Ökosystemfunktion)
• [ ] Will it be implemented that GitHub is updated automatically?

Backend:

• [ ] In the overview table in the backend "CoSite" should also be with Hyphen "Co-Site"

• lowercase words are auto-capitalised show up where they should
• words starting with umlaute also go where they should BUT only if run locally (if someone knows how to change locale in codespaces to de_DE, please tell me)

• added the changes to TIBHannover/semantic-glossar as well. question @mrchristian: do we want to keep the co-site glossary on there?

• changed the link to "Vokabulare" in the wiki to "Begriff suchen & bearbeiten" by creating a new page and putting the Vokabular template on there

• added an additional page to co-site that lists the tags + associated terms incl. links to and from the glossary

CSV export needed: csv export that includes the following fields: entry name, link to the entry, tags, related terms, names of the people who contributed to the entry, and further meta data.
